Almost 10 years ago we began welcoming tenants to our Preston Farm site, and the building is now home to a growing group of Tees Valley businesses. Today we are delighted to welcome two more: PS Projects and Perspective Financial Group.
PS Projects work across the UK in main contracting, project management and commercial interior installations, with a focus on high-quality service and cost savings.
Perspective Financial Group is a national financial advice firm. Perspective have grown significantly in recent years, completing 29 acquisitions in 2024 alone, and we are glad to have them at Preston Farm as they continue to expand.
Supporting Tees Valley’s growth
We believe in the Tees Valley. According to the Tees Valley Combined Authority, the region was recently recognised as one of the fastest-growing economic areas in the North of England. We play our part by giving businesses like PS Projects and Perspective the space and support they need to grow.
