Most of our clients buy a retainer, not a fixed fee per user

A set number of hours each month, committed for a term and bought at a discount. It often costs more on paper than a fixed fee. What it buys is a team sized to your business rather than to a price, and expertise that is never rationed.

Senior people at one rate

Your hours buy engineers, senior engineers and tech consultants at the same rate. Your problem goes straight to the person who can solve it.
A team sized to you

Retained hours tell us next month’s demand this month, so the people are there when you call, not hired after the backlog has formed.
A cap, so a month never surprises you

You set how far past your hours we may go. Up to the cap, work carries on; at the cap, we stop and ask.
