Questions people ask
Can you provide Wi-Fi across a large site or estate?
Yes. We plan Wi-Fi coverage for your buildings and install UniFi managed switches, access points and gateways. Swinton Estate runs its estate networking on Odyssey.
Can a new restaurant match the rest of our group?
Yes. Tomahawk Steakhouse and Rio Brazilian Steakhouse run on Odyssey networking, hosted Mitel telephony and broadband, so a new opening gets the same kit and support as the last.
Can a rural venue get a reliable connection?
Often, yes. Point-to-point microwave reaches remote or hard-to-reach locations without laying cable, and 5G fixed wireless is an alternative where coverage is good. We check what the site can get.
Can you look after our office IT as well as the network?
Yes. Managed IT keeps computers and servers secure and up to date, with Microsoft 365 and a service desk for your staff. Provenance Collection and Middleton Lodge take managed IT from Odyssey.
