Can you work alongside our in-house IT person?
Yes. With co-managed IT your own team stays in charge and we take on the parts they hand to us, from routine patching to difficult projects.
Where would our data be hosted?
In our private cloud, in UK data centres on hardware Odyssey owns and manages, from one virtual machine to a full environment.
How are fee earners' laptops protected?
Microsoft Defender protects every computer, laptop and server, backed by Huntress detection and response. Protection travels with the device, so laptops are covered wherever they are used.
Can staff take client calls away from the office?
Yes. Hosted voice puts calls on desk phones, softphones and mobiles, with call routing so each call reaches the right person wherever they are working.
Who will have access to our systems?
Odyssey employees only. Every engineer is employed directly, nothing is subcontracted, and we are certified to ISO 27001 for information security by NQA.
